How Cleaning Services Redding collects, uses and protects the information you share when you visit this website, request a quote or call us.

Who we are

This website, cleaningservicesredding.com, is operated by Cleaning Services Redding, serving Redding and Shasta County, California. Questions about this policy can go to info@cleaningservicesredding.com or (530) 201-4234.

Information we collect

  • Quote requests: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the service you want, home size (bedrooms and bathrooms), a home condition rating and any notes you add.
  • Phone calls and texts: your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and what you tell us. Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm job details; when a call is recorded, you hear a notice at the start.
  • Website usage: pages viewed, the device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you reached the site, collected through cookies from Google Analytics.
  • Email: anything you send us at our email address.

How we use your information

  • Prepare your quote, schedule your cleaning and contact you about it.
  • Share your request with the cleaning professional who will perform the service, so they can quote, schedule and complete the job.
  • Answer your questions and follow up on completed work.
  • Understand which pages and services people use, so we can improve the website.
  • Meet legal, tax and safety obligations.

Who we share it with

  • The cleaning provider who performs your service, only as needed to quote and complete the job.
  • Service providers that run this website for us, such as our web host, email provider, phone and call-tracking provider, and Google Analytics.
  • Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, including clicks on our phone number and quote form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without cookies.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email info@cleaningservicesredding.com or call (530) 201-4234. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as needed to provide service, handle follow-up and meet tax and legal requirements, usually no more than three years after your last service. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

We use reasonable safeguards, including an encrypted (HTTPS) website and limited access to your details. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or passwords through the quote form or email.
