The basic terms for booking a cleaning with us.
Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning in Redding and nearby Shasta County towns. The tasks included in each visit are the ones listed in your quote and checklist.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us about the size and condition of the property. If the property is substantially different on arrival, we will talk with you before starting and may adjust the price.
Scheduling and cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling and lockout terms are described on our Cleaning Policies page, which is part of these terms.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. Late payments may be charged a fee permitted by California law.
Satisfaction and re-cleans
Missed checklist items reported within 24 hours are re-cleaned at no charge. Refunds are not issued for completed work, except as required by law.
Liability
We carry general liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items that were already loose or unstable, or normal wear.
Non-solicitation
If you would like to hire one of our cleaners outside our service, please talk with us first.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page on the date of your cleaning applies.
